This classic estate wedding featured pre-cermony strawberry basil and peach basil lemonades before a ceremony on a floral adorned arbor on an early summer day. Cocktail hour included a Moscow Mule bar on the porch served in our gorgeous copper mugs while our servers passed sirloin sliders with our signature bacon onion marmalade and refreshing mango shrimp lollipops. Dinner was served family style and included nods to the families Italian heritage with an Italian Countryside salad, Rosa di Parma stuffed with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, prosciutto ham, fire roasted red peppers, and fresh spinach. Mascarpone mushroom risotto and vegetables grilled in olive oil rounded out the feast. A late night grilled pizza station offered pizza margherita made with fresh tomato, basil, and mozzarella cheese. Saluti!
