Heather and Darryl celebrated their nuptials by the lake, full with details that complimented the natural setting, such as garlands of greenery and navy accents. This banquet seating is one of our favorites, and evoked an intimate but casual ambiance with bistro lighting hanging above. 

For the reception, guests started out with fried chicken and waffle bites, a roasted chiptole corn dip, antipasto display, and marinated and grilled chicken satay skewers.

Guests moved to the seating area for pre-set Greek salad with plenty of ripe olives and crumbled feta, yeast rolls, mini cornbread muffins with honey butter and carafes of water.
 The main entrees were our Tuscan flank steak with red pepper tomato ragu, and a honey grilled salmon with a lemon herb sauce over squash and zucchini noodles. Grilled vegetables, green bean amandine, and cheesy macaroni and cheese finished off the feast.

Instead of a cake, guests were treated to our homemade key lime and dutch apple pies!
