It was an honor to be a part of Christopher and Katie's special day! Classic colors and a gazebo ceremony by the pond helped to make this celebration the quintessential spring wedding. Cocktail hour featured a creamy homemade artichoke dip, tomato and fennel meatballs, caprese crostini, and our ricotta crostini topped with bartlett pears and toasted pecans with a honey drizzle. Dinner was smoked pork BBQ, which is rubbed down with our signature spice blend and smoked long and slow, grilled marinated chicken and beef kebabs, cheesy goodness that is our macaroni and cheese, grilled vegetables, and roasted rosemary potatoes.
